APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1 – Job Search: You thoroughly read the job summary below for the job opening for which you have an interest. If your background experience and other qualifications are a match, proceed to step 2.
Step 2 – Resume Submission: You prepare a cover letter to include your target compensation and submit it along with your resume via the email link provided with the job summary or email to hr@broughtonconstruction.com.
Step 3 – Candidate Screening: A member of our recruiting team reviews your submission and makes a prospective match decision.
Step 4 – Phone Interview: If your qualifications are determined to be a prospective match, a member of our hiring team will contact you to conduct a phone interview to further assess your qualifications and whether or not you should proceed to the next step which is an in-person interview.
Step 5 – Onsite Interview: You present your qualifications to the hiring manager and other members of our hiring team. This also provides you an additional opportunity to interview us.
Step 6 – Candidate Selection: Once our hiring team has made a selection, we contact the candidate to agree upon general employment terms and present a written employment offer contingent upon our satisfaction with the results of a background investigation which includes discussions with past employers and customers, verification of educational and certification credentials, a criminal background check and drug testing.
