On April 2016, Department of General Services awarded Broughton Construction the Renovation of the DPW Sixth floor Office Space.
The Scope of work of the project includes but not limited interior demolition, paint, new lighting fixtures, ceiling, office layout designs and FF& E.
The project is located in the occupied 6th floor of the Reeves Center, which requires sustained coordination to not impact current operations.
On this project , Broughton has set goals of at least 50% of all construction contract dollars be awarded to DSLBD Certified Business Enterprise minority-owned (MBE), women-owned (WBE) and Washington DC local -based small businesses.
