Cape St. Claire Kindergarten Addition
BROUGHTON has been selected to manage the construction of the 12,000 square feet Kindergarten Addition along with some minor renovations to the existing facility. Such work to be performed includes but is not limited to: clearing, erosion and sediment control, grading, site utilities, paving, landscaping, fencing, selective site and structure demolition, cast-in-place concrete, fabrications, rough carpentry, and providing new furniture, visual display surfaces, lockers, louvers, casework, communications, fire alarm, and security systems.
