Scope: The project consists of the full interior renovation of the M-NCPPC Parks and Recreation Administration Building, 3rd floor, approximately 10,000 sf office space. The scope includes HVAC upgrades, full interior renovation including new floor plan, upgraded finishes, lighting and demountable architectural walls and furniture.
