Deanwood Community Center
The Deanwood Community Center & Library Joint Venture is a new construction of a 63,000 SF Community Center and Library in Washington, DC. This ground up construction consists of state-of-the-art materials and methods with a masonry and glass façade. The project features both recreation and library programs and services, as well as an early care center and education center. Broughton Construction in conjunction with R&R Fabricators performed the entire steel erection package of this 63,000 SF complex.The complete tile package was awarded to and performed by Broughton. This package included all ceramic floors and wall tile, the pool decking, and all interior Terrazzo floor tile.
