Francis Gregory Neighborhood Library
Francis A. Gregory Library is a new LEED Silver 22,500 square-foot facility which achieves a new level of design excellence for DC’s public libraries. The library seats more than 200 users and allows easy access to state of the art technology, and education materials. BROUGHTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LLC is participating in this revolutionary new library construction project as part of a Mentor Protégé Agreement with HESS Construction + Engineering Services. Through this Mentor Protégé Agreement, BROUGHTON is involved in all pre-construction and design-build services. During the construction phase, BROUGHTON is the primary quality control contractor overseeing and managing the expansive and complex exterior curtain wall system and interior finishes.
