Design-Build Services for the addition and renovation of the John Peter Van Ness Elementary School included the addition of a new 1-story, 4,750sf classroom wing to the existing main building at the Van Ness Campus. The scope of work included relocation of the existing ECE playground, construction of 3 new ECE classrooms, an outdoor classroom, and interior alterations to a 1,000sf existing auxiliary building located on the campus.
